Welcome to the Registration Portal for the ASBA SA&NT 2026 State Conference

The Conference will run from Wednesday 12 to Friday 14 August 2026 at the Stamford Glenelg Adelaide Hotel.

Cancellation of Registration Deadline: Saturday, 13 June 2026 AEST

Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the ASBA SA&NT 2026 Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made by Saturday, 13 June 2026 AEST will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Wednesday, 29 July 2026 AEST without incurring any cost penalty.  

Refunds for cancellations received after Saturday, 13 June 2026 AEST will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The host reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances.

It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registering. The ASBA SA&NT 2026 Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations.

The ASBA SA&NT 2026 and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The host and the ASBA SA&NT 2026 Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration.  
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the host and the ASBA SA&NT 2026 Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The ASBA SA&NT 2026 does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.

During ASBA SA&NT 2026 participants may be photographed or filmed at any time. By attending, you consent to the use, publication, or reproduction of your image or recording in any form of communication material used to promote the event and report on its events through publications and resource materials. If you do not wish to have your image photographed or filmed, please contact the secretariat in advance or onsite to advise of your preference. 

ASBA SA&NT 2026 Postponement

In the event of a postponement, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new ASBA SA&NT 2026 dates. All components of your registration including Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner will also be transferred. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may contact the ASBA SA&NT 2026 Conference Secretariat to request a transfer of your registration to a colleague at no cost, or request a cancellation and refund which will incur a $150 administration fee up until the Registration Cancellation Deadline. 

ASBA SA&NT 2026 Cancellation

In the event of the cancellation of the ASBA SA&NT 2026, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.

If no availability appears below, or if you wish to book dates outside the 11th - 14th August 2026, please contact the ASBA SA&NT 2026 Secretariat with your preferred dates. We would be pleased to assist where possible.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • A deposit of one nights fee or full amount (depending on hotel) is required to secure your accommodation booking. The remaining amount for all other nights(s) will be due for payment upon arrival at the hotel via debit or credit card. 
  • Bookings are subject to availability  
  • Breakfast is NOT included unless otherwise stated 
  • The rates listed are shown per night per room and for the full stay 
  • The rate are in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) which is payable to the hotel chosen.  
  • The Secretariat does not take responsibility for accommodation if deposits are not received by Friday, 26 June 2026.

 

Accommodation Deadline: Friday 26 June 2026 AEST

No accommodation payments will be refunded on or after Friday 26 June 2026 AEST. Delegates who confirm an accommodation booking with a credit card or full pre-payment and who wish to cancel on or after Friday 26 June 2026 AEST are liable for the full cost of their accommodation nights cancelled. Credit Card details or full pre-payments will be held on file as a guarantee of booking and shared with the hotel upon situations of no-shows, or late cancellations, to charge at full rate upon their discretion. To cancel your reservation, please contact the ASBA SA&NT 2026 Conference Secretariat. Name changes to a reservation can be made at no charge. 

Payment terms

Accommodation will not be confirmed until full pre-payment is received by credit card or electronic funds transfer. Your payment will be forwarded to your hotel and credited to your room account and credit card details will be retained on file as a guarantee of booking. If accommodation payments are not received before Friday 26 June 2026 AEST your room will be cancelled and 100% of your accommodation payment will be forfeited. Neither the ASBA SA&NT 2026 Conference Secretariat or ICMS Australasia take responsibility for no-shows or cancellations within 30 days; and accommodation if payment is not received by this date. 

Change of booking

Any change in booking must be made in writing to the ASBA SA&NT 2026 Conference Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel before Friday 26 June 2026 AEST. Any changes received after Friday 26 June 2026 AEST will be at the hotels discretion and based on availability.

Early arrival 

As check in at most hotels is not until 2:00pm, it is possible that your room may not be ready for immediate occupation on your early arrival. Whilst hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate occupation you can pay an extra day’s tariff for the night before you are due to arrive. If you wish to take this precaution, please advise the ASBA SA&NT 2026 Conference Secretariat so we can notify the hotel that your room is required early. 

Late arrival

Please indicate if you will arrive at your hotel after 6:00pm. Failure to do so might result in your room being released. 

No show policy

In the event of a “No Show” on the date of arrival, full cancellation penalties apply to all nights of the stay.
